Call the refugee line

Refugee Line is for those who have fled war, conflict or disaster and are in Sweden. You can talk to us about how you feel and get support to feel better. You can reach us via phone on 020-150 110 Sunday to Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. The line offers support in Ukrainian on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday and in English on Tuesday and Wednesday.

When you call us, you can be anonymously, and Mind covers the costs of the call.

Your wellbeing and mental health are important. We are here for you if you need support in dealing with the crisis that war and refuge can bring.

Through this network, you can receive help with getting in touch with psychologists both digitally, by phone and at physical clinics in and around Sweden. A conversation with us can help you put into words what you have been through, give you support in being a refugee parent, help you find strategies for dealing with worry, loneliness and change, as well as provide any other support to help you cope with the situation that you are in.

You can also receive help with getting in touch with private individuals who will support you by offering a sense of community as well as any practical support.

All contacts are primarily in English, but we are working to expand with professionals who also speak Ukrainian and Russian.
